Introverts Welcome!

Let's be honest, finding a place to live alone in Houston has become way too difficult. I was sceptical about a roommate situation at first, especially at my age. But now, I get it! I'm an online student and work from home, so yeah, I'm definitely an introvert and understand the value of personal space. Since my previous roommates have moved on to new adventures, I'm in need of 2 new roommates. Here are the details:

--It's an older house, but everything works. If aesthetics aren't at the top of your list, keep on reading!
--Two spacious bedrooms (large enough to fit a king-sized bed) and a nice-sized closet to yourself. One has removable shelving in the corners, and the closets are the same size for each room.
--The new roommates will share the hallway restroom. BYO personal items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
--The living room is furnished, but accommodations can be made if you have your own living room furniture. There's also room in the den/dining area for additional furnishings.
--There's an attached 2-car garage and room in the driveway for 3 more cars comfortably.
--We'd all share the kitchen, refrigerator space, and laundry room. But again, your food and laundry items are yours!
--We will also share the electricity & water bills equally. The rent will be split between us. So having both rooms occupied will lower the individual rent for all of us. Rent and utilities are paid directly to the homeowners who live nearby.
--You're free to get/bring your own internet service. I'm currently with AT&T, which can accommodate multiple accounts at the same address (with a little fanagling). But service through other providers will work without difficulty.
--No smoking in the house, but the garage or covered patio outside are fine.
--Personality-wise, you only need to be honest, courteous, responsible, and considerate of others. But in a roommate situation, that should go without saying, right?
