The room is furnished and has its own closet. It has a queen-size bed. We have a kitchen that you can use; we only ask that you use your own food and leave everything tidy and clean. The house has a large yard that you can also use to relax. The house is located very close to Sugar Land, near Highway 6. There's a public library just a few meters away, about a one-minute walk. Stores like Walmart, HEB, and Fiesta Mart are also about a six-minute drive away. The bathroom is right across from their room and would only be shared with their roommate from the other room.
