Single Room in Townhouse Houston Texas

Hello! I’m Catherine, and I’m renting out my previous room in Houston, Texas. We are all college aged young adults looking for another college aged roommate to take my spot. The room is currently painted pink but can be repainted if necessary. The photo is when I was still living there, since then I’ve moved and it is no longer a furnished room. It’s a large room, about 18 feet by 14 feet, and the closet is just out of view. It’s near Cypress, on Jones Road. It’s very close to fast food destinations, Lonestar College, HEB, Target, and the Willowbrook Mall. There’s one bathroom downstairs, one in the couples room, and one shared with the other single male. The shared bathroom is kept very clean, with separate drawers. The house itself is beautiful, it was renovated recently and has up to date appliances, new flooring, and an updated backyard. There’s a dining table and TV area downstairs, and all the bedrooms are upstairs. Electric gas and water bill is typically $85 per month, and wifi/renters insurance is $21.
