Hey ya'll,

I'm Katrina (40) and you'll be sharing the space with me and my partner. I'm a teacher and run a small business. I love watching crimes shows and bingeing Netflix. I also really like boardgames and trivia games so if you are board and want to hangout or relax I am here for that too. My partner is 43 and he works in supply chain and transportation.

Our home is located near IAH (Bush Airport), Hurricane Harbor Splashtown, and Cypress Trails Ranch. Forget your worries in this serene space. There are 2 rooms to choose from 1 with a queen sized bed and 1 with a full sized bed. Enjoy a relaxing night with beautiful, soft linens, your own TV and full size closet. We are open to those wanting to work from home. Make your bedroom your work space as internet is available.

Enjoy a light workout on the stationary bike, lift hand-weights or walk on the walking pad. The backyard patio is an oasis to relax after a long day, grill out or chill by the firepit.

I'm looking for a cool roommate who is friendly and makes themselves comfortable. A great roommate is respectful, communicates well and is reliable. If we all proactively keep common areas clean, respect quiet hours, and pay our share of bills on time we can live together peacefully. As long as you have a friendly attitude with a strong awareness of personal boundaries we will get along just fine. I'm pretty laid-back so I'm open to discuss any issues or disagreements that may arise in a friendly and positive way.
