It’s pretty quiet. Neighbors are nice and considerate, so I need the tenants to be that way too

HOUSE

4 bedroom 2 bath. Someone occupies the primary bedroom. It has its own bathroom. You would be in another bedroom, so you would need to share the bathroom between yourself, a male and one other tenant for the other room that needs to be filled
Washer and dryer for clothes are available
Gigabit internet is provided
Can park on driveway or along curb. Only one vehicle per tenant since parking space is limited
I pay for utilities
I recommend bringing/getting your own dishes and utensils

Comes with a full size bed and a dresser
About the roomies

Looking for a working professional, student or both. If you’re interested, I will run a background check on you. If it looks good, then we’ll setup a monthly rental agreement of at least 2 months, but you can stay longer if you want.

Melina works from home. I don’t remember what she does to be honest, but she always pays on time and hasn’t given me any trouble
Prince teaches from home (I remember this because I used to be a teacher)
