The house is located right at 249 & Beltway 8, with an easy access to many areas of the town, shopping, medical centers & colleges. The public transportation is available with 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. We are 2-stories house with almost 2,500 sq. ft. On the first floor, only living room, dining room & kitchen. All bedrooms are upstairs. A covered patio backyard with a view of a garden with some herbs & vegetables, so you can have a cup of coffee and relax during your free time.

I work mostly from home, and a female homeowner, so I am trying to keep the place cleaned as much as possible. My roommate & I, we prefer fresh food, we cook few times a week, so you are welcome to use the kitchen at anytime. We are working professionals from 9am-6pm, we don’t smoke, no drugs, nor alcoholic, so we are looking for someone with similar characters.

I have 2 puppies myself. One small 7 lbs-Chihuahua, and a 20-lbs Corgi mix. I could accommodate dogs with less than 20 lbs (mine are kinda jealous, and need the introduction to be friendly). Please send me message in advance if you bring your fur baby with you.
