Cozy room in a spacious house at conv. location

The house is located right at 249 & Beltway 8, with an easy access to many areas of the town, shopping, medical centers & colleges.

It is a 2-stories house with almost 2,500 sq. ft, currently has 2 gals.
On the first floor, only living room, dining room, kitchen & a 1/2 bath. All bedrooms are upstairs. You will share 1.5 bathrooms with 2 other rooms, depending on the current occupancy.
I work primarily from home, so I do my best to keep the space clean and organized. I would appreciate your cooperation in maintaining tidiness and cleanliness. My roommate & I, we prefer fresh food, we cook few times a week, so you are welcome to use the kitchen at anytime.
We are working professionals from 9am-6pm, we don’t smoke, no drugs, nor alcoholic, so we are looking for someone with similar characters. Female roommate is a plus, but a responsible guy that believe in cleanliness is preferred also.

A covered patio backyard with a view of a garden with some herbs & vegetables, so you can have a cup of coffee and relax during your free time.
I have 2 puppies myself. One small 7 lbs-Chihuahua, and a 20-lbs Corgi mix. (mine are kinda jealous, and friendly at the same time).

The monthly rent includes basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, such as sugar, salt, dish soap, utensils, dishes, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
