Cozy room in a spacious house at conv. location

The house is located right at 249 & Beltway 8, with an easy access to many areas of the town, shopping, medical centers & colleges. It is a 2-stories house with almost 2,500 sq. ft, currently has 2 gals tenants. My roommates & I, we prefer fresh food, we cook few times a week, so you are welcome to use the kitchen at anytime. We don’t smoke, no drugs, nor alcoholic, thus we are looking for someone with similar characters, and female preferred to make it easy for us all. On the first floor, only living room, dining room, kitchen & a 1/2 bath. All bedrooms are upstairs. You will share 1.5 bathrooms with 2 ladies. They are working people, and respectful with the shared areas.
