The house is located near Willowbrook mall, 5 minutes access to 249 & Beltway 8, an easy access to many other town areas, shopping, medical centers & colleges.

The monthly rent includes all utilities, basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, such as sugar, salt, dish soap, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. It also included Housekeeper will come & clean the house once a month.

I primarily work remotely and travel frequently, so I come and go. A female roommate is a plus, but I’m also open to a responsible and respectful male tenant who values cleanliness.

I will limit up to 3 roommates, in a nearly 2,400 sq. ft. home. (other room I have is Master bedroom with its own en-suite bath-$1,270/month).

The game room has a shared office space for anyone in the house.
