Cozy room in a spacious house at conv. location

The house is located right at 249 & Beltway 8, with an easy access to many areas of the town, shopping, medical centers & colleges.

It’s a two-story home with nearly 2,400 sq. ft., currently offering four rooms for rent.

I primarily work remotely and travel frequently, so I come and go. A female roommate is a plus, but I’m also open to a responsible and respectful male tenant who values cleanliness.

We aim to create an “oasis”-style living environment—a peaceful, comfortable retreat. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to maintain this atmosphere for everyone in the home.

When I am home, I will have two puppies with me: a small 7-lb Chihuahua and a 20-lb Corgi mix. They’re friendly but can be a little jealous at times 😊.

The monthly rent includes basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, such as sugar, salt, dish soap, utensils, dishes, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
