Pricing Options

We want to make things easy for our future roommate, so we’re offering two ways to pay:

Option A ($950/mo): All bills included! This covers electricity, water, trash, and high-speed internet. One payment and you're done.

Option B ($750/mo + Bills): If you prefer to pay a base rent and split the utilities with us monthly, we can do that too.

The Household

You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly gay couple and our three pets (two dogs and a cat). We’re pretty low-key—we value a clean, respectful living environment and spend our free time at the gym or relaxing at home. We’re looking for a roommate who is pet-friendly, responsible, and looking for a quiet place to land.

The Details

Move-in Ready: First-floor access (no stairs!).

Shared Space: Full access to the kitchen and common areas.

Pets: Must be okay with dogs and a cat on-site.
