My house is very peaceful and clean. It's a modern and nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family house built in 2023. It's located near the Heights, in Central NW Houston in the Oak Forest neighborhood (only 2 blocks from TC Jester Park).

It is occupied by myself and my two well-mannered feline fur babies who are very quiet and respectful of one's space. I barely use the common areas myself, so you'll have free reign in the home. Feel free to utilize the living room, kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms, backyard, patio, etc. I want you to make yourself comfortable here. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rental price.

There's also a 2-car garage with a space available for your vehicle or extra storage for an extra fee, if needed. If you're interested or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and let me know.
