We currently have 2 single rooms (shared bath) and 1 master bedroom available.

Single Rooms: $370 & $400 / month

Master Bedroom: $650 / month (+10% if 2 people move in)

Furnished? Yes! Just bring your suitcase and move right in.

Utilities Included? Yep! Rent covers everything—electricity, water, internet, plus washer and dryer access.

Deposit: 1 month’s rent.

First-come, first-served bonus: Grab it fast and you can claim the 1 available garage spot with a private back-door entrance (just an extra $50 to cover the electricity for the automatic garage door roller!).

Feel free to cook up a storm! Keep it clean.

No curfews, totally free schedule—just be a decent human and don't disturb your housemates. Easy peasy.

Currently, I’m the only tenant here! I study and work at UT Health / Texas Medical Center. If anyone moving in needs a ride toward Downtown, you're welcome to hitch a ride with me!
