Hello!

I have one private bedroom for rent that’s located in the Oak Forest West neighborhood. The room will be available starting Wednesday, November 15th.

The neighborhood is quiet, consisting mostly of homeowners and is great for morning, afternoon, or evening walks. Shared areas of the home will be the bathroom (you will share with one female), dining room, living room, laundry area, and kitchen.

All current occupants co-exist very well as we’re all respectful, mature, trustworthy, friendly, courteous and clean and we’re looking for the same. We give each other privacy. We know how to stay out of each other’s way and can adjust to someone who likes to be left alone!

The home is a 5 minute walk to a Metro bus line and a grocery store. CVS, gas stations, and several restaurants are all within walking distance. Walmart is an 8 minute drive away and Target is 6 minutes away. All utilities, Washer & Dryer, YouTubeTV, and Xfinity WiFi are included. Monthly rent is $700.00/mo. To move in, it will be $700 (will be prorated if moving in past the 3rd) PLUS a $200 deposit.

I am a respectful, responsible, and fair landlord. I keep the lines of communication open so you can always come to me with any questions, suggestions, or concerns and know that it will be welcomed and received.
