The Eastwood Retreat

Welcome to The Eastwood Retreat, a comfortable furnished upstairs retreat in a quiet Eastwood/East End Houston home.

I’m looking for one clean, considerate and responsible renter who wants a peaceful place to live rather than a party atmosphere. This would be a great fit for a traveling healthcare professional, college or graduate student, intern, visiting professional, or someone relocating to Houston.

The rental includes a fully furnished private bedroom and private bathroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, electricity, water, washer and dryer use, full kitchen privileges, and use of the shared living/common areas. The room also has a TV, work/desk area, storage and plenty of natural light.

The home is owner-occupied and has two dogs and three cats, primarily downstairs, so the renter should be comfortable living in a home with animals.

The home is in a quiet residential Eastwood/East End neighborhood convenient to Downtown Houston and surrounding areas. It’s a comfortable neighborhood for walking, jogging and enjoying the outdoors.

I’m looking for someone who is quiet, dependable, clean and respectful of a shared home. No smoking inside and no parties. Longer stays are preferred.
