Professional Roomate Wanted - 2BR/2BA Home in EaDo

I’m looking for a clean, responsible, and professional roommate to share my 2BR/2BA standalone home in one of the best locations in East Downtown (EaDo).

The house is walking distance to Nancy’s Hustle, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and everything EaDo has to offer. It’s a great location if you enjoy being close to downtown while still having the privacy and comfort of a standalone home.

The room is on 1st floor and mine is on 2nd floor so you have your privacy

A little about me: I work from home, but I’m typically in and out throughout the day for meetings. Outside of work, I’m pretty social and active. I’m involved in intramural sports, fitness groups, and like getting out and enjoying Houston.

I’m looking for someone who is professionally employed, financially responsible, clean, respectful, and easygoing. Ideally, you’re also social and enjoy being active, but I’m not looking for someone who needs to be best friends with their roommate. I think the ideal setup is having a comfortable home where we can hang out occasionally while also giving each other space and privacy.
