I recently bought a house and my current roommate moves out on December 1st.

I’m looking to find someone who wants to move in from December - April 1st.

I plan to be in my new house by thanksgiving so I won’t be there much unless I’m grabbing stuff to move over. I will keep it mostly furnished as well.
