Hi! I’m looking for female tenants to rent rooms in my 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome in East Downtown. The home is conveniently located near Navigation Blvd., Minute Maid Park, and about 10 minutes from UH.

There are 2 available rooms. One is on the first floor, while the other bedroom is the master on the third floor. There is also a third room on the third floor currently occupied by a female in her mid 20s. Rent is $1,050 plus electricity for the first floor bedroom and $1,275 for the master plus electricity.
