Cypress, TX Room for Rent - Welcoming Atmosphere

The home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beautiful Cypress Town Lake Boardwalk and 9 minutes from Lone Star College–CyFair, with grocery stores and shopping centers right around the corner.

The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with minimal noise. The community pool and park are within walking distance, and neighbors are welcoming and look out for one another.

As for the household, you’ll be living with two Hispanic women and one dog—a sweet blue heeler who loves attention. Shared spaces include the downstairs living room and kitchen. We enjoy friendly conversation and have a great dynamic, but we’re also busy and may often be out or spending time in our rooms working or studying.

We value a clean home, while understanding that life can get busy. Occasional messes in shared spaces are okay if addressed within a reasonable time—communication is key.
