Renters wanted in 4 bedroom house

The house is 4 bedrooms- 2 of which are available for rent. One bedroom is upstairs, close in proximity to the full bathroom. The other bedroom is downstairs and attached to the communal half bath, but is slightly smaller than the first.

The property has parking for 4 cars and a moderately spacious backyard. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We have a playground in the subdivision and have ready access to several grocery stores and major streets/highways.

My wife and I are a married couple in our mid/late 20s that are currently splitting rent with another couple that is moving at the end of the lease in August. We have a child (2yo) and a dog and are very settled into our lifestyle, so we'd hate to leave. Younger renters are preferred since we're night owls by nature, but we try not to step on any toes regardless.
