Big Safe Quiet Fun House Full of Chill Busy People

Guests allowed 30 days to get approved for lease; one cool person has to be in another city and another cool person didn't get approved, so we need TWO MORE COOL PEOPLE TO KEEP OUR AWESOME HOUSE.

Both downstairs rooms are currently furnished, but can be emptied as preferred.

All rooms "share" 2.5 bathrooms, but Mom and I pretty much only use ours in the Master bedroom, and upstairs pretty much never use the half bath downstairs.

$600 room is carpeted with window facing front yard; $550 room is tile flooring with window facing side gate.

All bills paid includes:
● xfinity high speed + storm ready wifi;
● amazon Prime video, Netflix, appletv, Disney+hulu, PBS Masterpiece, (all shared - create profiles and download additional apps on provided tv + amazon firestick);
● Just Energy w/unlimited nights;
● Centerpoint gas (stove & heating);
● MUD 70 water/sewage/trash/curbside recycling.

Kitchen & Balcony upstairs are small but stocked and organized, including:
● working dishwasher;
● 1500-watt microwave;
● brand new refrigerator w/ icemaker (I need to install the icemaker, but we have it and the water line is ready);
● brand new kitchen spray faucet;
● full size keurig;
● coffee pot w/ bean grinder;
● full size rice cooker, crockpot, toaster, toaster oven, stir fryers, etc.;
● greenhouse/bay plant window;
● storage space shelf for each person;
● full size mixer + all the cooking, baking, prep, and appliances incl. turbo fast bella egg cookers, etc.

Laundry Room is as big as the kitchen (lol) and includes:
● brand new washing machine;
● newer he/super dryer;
● lux ironing board/iron;
● multiple storage cabinets & hang-drying space + racks;
● brand new handheld steamer;
● sliding glass door to back yard/patio.

Living/Dining Area is large and has:
● writing desk + working printer/scanner;
● reclining stationary bike that tracks speed/distance/time/calories;
● curtained view of apple tree in back yard w/ bay window seating;
● dual reclining (both sides) microsuede couch;
● multiple filled bookcases, extensive cd/dvd library, & giant board game/puzzle collection;
● adjustable anti-gravity machine for spinal decompression;
● yoga mats, dumbells, jumprope, etc.

Must love cats (which stay upstairs) -Other pets must be approved by cats (& the landlord).

Must find someone by May and April rent is already paid, so if you get approved to be on the lease - you can have April for free. 😉
