Lazy Lake Lodge three-story mansion with gated parking on half acre on Clear Lake in Nassau Bay/ Houston Texas with 185 ft frontage 85 ft of water shoreline in back. We do have a hot tub, (pool, poker and 2 picnic tables in 3 three game rooms L shape rock bar 10 patios 13 gardens swings, rockers, chairs, 6 loungers You name, we got it. Yes the rent is a little higher but you get so much more in this is fun house not a boring neighborhood House.
We catch fish large Blue Crabs and all the you can eat shrimp plus bait right off the docks. We have two burn pits plus the chiminea with free wood. We have an outside kitchen outside gym to name a few. We do have membership for two pools and tennis courts and pickleball 1 and 2 blocks away.
We love pets but not on our clean property. Add $500 per pet or couple per room per month.
We do background checks on everyone. No squatter rights at this property. You pay as you go.. We have a short-term rental permit throught the city that means we have annual inspections. We have all the Safety and Fire Equipment Monitors & Escape Ladders as a Hotel. There is no elevator 21 steps (built in Stairmaster) to 1st living quarters.
This is a beautiful, spacious, bountiful, secure , luxurious, most and the best room that you can get on the planet at the best value.
