You’ll have a private bedroom and bath available in a beautiful four-bedroom house in the heart of Clear Lake, Texas—conveniently located just 5 to 10 minutes from UHCL. This is my personal residence, so I am seeking a respectful, female to join my home, (finding the right person is more important to me than the rent). You will have full access to kitchen, living/dining room, and laundry facilities, We do have high-speed internet (Wi-Fi). Off-street parking is provided, and while I am 420 friendly, this is not a party house. One requirement is that you love Billie (the dog) as she will tend to worry about you when you’re gone.
