Private bedroom and bathroom South Medical Center

Hello! I’m a young professional looking for someone to rent the guest bedroom in my 3 bed 2 and 1/2 bath house. I’m 24 and bought my house at the beginning of May this year and I just graduated grad school in May as well. I love to travel, try new workout classes, and decorate. I have one pet, she’s a Maltese, about 7 pounds and very friendly. It is just me and her who live in my house so you would have only one house mate. My house is considered south medical center so it’s about 8 miles from the Texas medical center. I am renting the room for $800 per month, all utilities included! It’s a private bedroom and bathroom.
