I am moving to Colorado and am looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment is recently renovated, very clean, and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood at an affordable price. The apartment is spacious (approximately 1,050 square feet), which is large for a two-bedroom unit at this price point.

The base rent is $654, and the total monthly cost including utilities is typically around $820 on average. The current lease runs through the end of May and can be extended.

The room is a master bedroom with a private bathroom. The apartment features a balcony accessible from the living room, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and parking is available. A bus stop is located directly at the entrance of the apartment complex.

You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate who is tidy and respectful. He is a PhD student at the University of Houston.

The room is currently furnished, and I am planning to sell the furniture if desired. It includes a king-size bed with frame, desk, chair, and two armchairs. Furniture price is negotiable.
