Fully furnished primary room with ensuite bath. Queen size 14in Nectar mattress/bed, mini fridge, ceiling fan, desk, chair, dresser, night stand, recliner lounger and wall mounted 50in smart TV. This room occupies one side of the house with no other tenants.

Rent: $250 per week
Refundable Deposit: $500

Dogs allowed on a case by case basis. Owner's 80lb well trained and sweet Dobermann free roams the house.

Washer/dryer on site. There is a secondary full size fridge in garage for tenant additional use.

House rules:
No smoking inside the house.
No outside shoes inside.
No overnight guests.
A/C will be kept between 74-77F during the summer.
Must be clean and clean after yourself.
Must clean after your dog.
Must have steady employment.
Parking is first available on the driveway.
Quiet time is 11pm-7am.
