Galleria/Memorial City Area Private Room

***This house is setup for a co-living (up to 4 residents at any time) environment with owner/landlord living onsite.***

Located about 10 mins west of the Galleria mall and about 10 mins south of Memorial City Mall, the single family home measures 1600+ sq. ft with 4bd and 2 ba . The furnished room (#2) measures 10'x10' with a queen size 14" Nectar mattress, desk/chair, mini fridge, small dresser, reach in closet, ceiling fan, 42" smart tv, floor lamp, full length mirror. This room is available now.

Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. My 80 lb sweet, well trained, neutered, UTD on shots, male, Dobermann could use a buddy (he free roams the house).

Rent includes utilities (electric, gas, water, internet and trash). Refundable security deposit of 50% of one month rent will be taken on move in.

There is a $45 fee for a full background (Rental, Credit and Criminial histories) check to all serious applicants.

House rules:
-no outdoor shoes inside
-no smoking/vaping indoors
-no overnight guests
-quiet time 11pm-7pm,
-must be tidy and clean up after yourself
-A/C will be kept at 74-76F
-If you use the kitchen, help to keep it clean (take out trash, empty sink strainer, wash your dishes, etc...)
