Hi I am moving to another city and would like someone to fill my spot on the lease. The lease was signed April 2025 and will continue to 2026 April.

Qualities in a roommate:
-Stable job
-No smoking or drugs
-No partying
-Clean
-Comfortable with conservative roommates (Catholic)
-Males preferred

The townhouse is older but maintained. The owner uses a real estate agent who you will have to go through to sign the new lease with. She is very responsive and understanding when it comes to issues- never had any issues and they did not raise our rent when we renewed.

Water is included, just electricity (TXU) and internet (currently using T-mobile 5G) are the only bills.

Room is on the street facing side. Has washer/dryer. Shower is shared but each bathroom is private.
