Bright and Warm Room

I am renting out a private room in my home in the Atascocita area. The room is 9x9’ with a closet and access to a private bathroom. The room is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. Garage parking is and utilities included. The house has no carpet or pets, so it’s a really clean, allergy-friendly space.

I just moved in, so the shared spaces like the kitchen and living room are still coming together, but everything is set up and working well.

Shopping and restaurants are minutes away. Plus it has easy access to Beltway 8 for commuting and is super close to the airport.

You’d be living with just me. I’m a young women and working professional. I keep things pretty calm at home. I love the outdoors, making art, and spending time with family a friends.

I’m looking for a female roommate. No smoking or drugs, and I prefer to keep things low-key without overnight guests.
