Private Room in Atascocita

You will have the very front room with its bathroom. It is partially furnished, there is a bed and a dresser. The house is less than 2 years old in The Groves neighborhood. The neighborhood homes are 300k+ and there are many walking trails. We have a brand new HEB in the neighborhood, and access to the BW8 tollway in 10 minutes. The other home residents are myself, my teenage daughter, and our friendly and hypoallergenic Yorkie. My son will come once or twice a year when on leave from the military, we all have our own rooms. I work full time and am in grad school. I do host some neighbors over for dinner & get togethers every now and then, nothing crazy and no alcohol abuse. friendly but must do it outside. No nicotine, no alcohol abuse or people over.
