Looking for roommate in Alief 550 per month

We are a male couple looking for a roommate straight bi gay prefer male due to 1 1/2 baths, but not opposed to working out of restroom situation with a female. If interested we have reliable sources. This will be a least apartment just as it is for us terms will be 550 a month $200 deposit 750 at time of move-in. Must stay 12 months to receive your deposit back. This is in Alief area Sterling Crossing, Apartments, predominantly Hispanic and family older property but the apartment is beautiful. It is big and spacious. The bedroom is unfurnished. You must provide your furniture access to living room bathroom TV. We’re buying a washer and dryer. Haven’t received it yet. Just moved in and we should have a table by next week. Everything else is furnished if you have a problem with LBGQ it’s not a match. We have had straight roommates that have worked out well as well as gay and bisexual roommates. We have references with our roommates. There is absolutely no drugs. If you have a drinking problem, you’re not a match if you wanna smoke, you are free to do so on the balcony at the front door or the back we’re not opposed to that just not inside the apartment we cook and we’ll share our food. We have a 70 inch TV in the living room. You’re welcome too. You may have a guest and even overnight but no move-in. A few times a week would be OK not every night. We are running to one person. We are great guys. We have no criminal history. If you have criminal history you’re not a match nothing against you, but that’s part of the apartment agreement here looking for students middle-age workers older people with some sort of income job, Social Security something that can pay your rent like we pay ours if you have anger issues or a bad temper, it’s not a match. We are very peaceful with one another and whoever we live with you can check out our references and talk to the apartment manager as well. You have to have a clean background I’m being straightforward about all of this because we want a good calm, peaceful working roommate that we will not have any issues. You will not have issues with us we are peaceful just looking for the same. We are very respectful no matter what your sexual preference is, and we will deserve the same respect if anyone tries to scam don’t waste your time. I can spot it a mile away.
