I own a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 story house in a safe and nice neighborhood. I keep it clean and well maintained. House is 5 mins from 59, Beltway 8 and Westpark tollway. 8 miles from energy corridor. There is a $750 refundable deposit minus a cleaning fee and the utilities/internet are included. The room is 13 'x 13' with a walk in closet. The bathroom is shared with me when I'm there. Fully equipped kitchen. Room has a queen bed, desk, side table, lamps, ceiling fan, street parking. I'm Christine, I am looking for a professional person, responsible, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, clean/organized, drug and drama free. No pets or smoking please. Other roommate is a professional male. Please let me know how long you will need the room and move in date. Thanks for looking. Anything short term will be $850 per month
