Private room in a peaceful home

This room would be an excellent fit for a young professional or graduate student looking for a place to land for a bit.

Rent is $800/month, with all utilities included in that cost. The room comes fully furnished with everything pictured, including a long closet for storage. The location is near the Energy Corridor with fast access to I-10, Highway 6, and West Houston. Several gyms, grocery stores, and shopping options are within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a beautiful park across the street, as well as a pickleball court in the neighborhood.

There is another female roommate who lives in the second guest room, plus one sassy cat and one derpy dog. I teach full-time and keep a fairly early schedule (generally up around 5 am and asleep by 9 pm). When I am home, I am crafting, cleaning, gardening, or learning new things in the kitchen. (If you have any tips for a successful sourdough starter, please teach me your ways!)
