Looking for a quiet roommate for house.

The home is relatively new, so maintenance is minimal and everything is in excellent condition. It’s a 1,500 sq ft house with a medium-sized backyard, providing a quiet and comfortable environment.

I’ll cover the internet, water, electricity. The backyard is cut by a company who comes 2 times a month. The shared space is living room, kitchen and garage. If it gets to dirty I can hire a cleaner once in awhile.

The available 132 sq ft room is well-suited for use as a private office or workspace, with enough room for a desk, storage, and additional furnishings. A nearby bathroom is easily accessible.

The home itself is clean, simple, and minimal, with a couch and TV in the living area. You’re welcome to personalize your workspace with décor or plants to create a setup that works best for you.

I’m a quiet, introverted person who tends to keep to myself, so interaction will likely be minimal. I work from home and attend college online, which means I spend most of my time in my separate office.

I’m pretty easygoing and don’t mind what you do, as long as noise is kept to a reasonable level.

I also have a rescue cat—she’s very friendly and playful. She isn’t allowed in my room, but you’re more than welcome to let her into yours if you’d like.
