One room available at new house and neighborhood

The home is relatively new, so you won’t have to worry about maintenance. The house has a backyard, a bathroom (not attached to the bedroom), and a 132-square-foot room within a 1,500-square-foot home. The backyard is medium-sized.

The inside is pretty simple and minimal. I have a couch and a TV in the living room. You can decorate or have plants out if you want.

I am a quiet, introverted person. I tend to keep to myself and will probably not interact much. I work from home and go to college online, so I spend most of my time in my office (another bedroom). I don’t cook much and just buy pre-prepared stuff.

I have a rescue cat. She is not mean at all, but loves to play rough. She’s not allowed in my room, but feel free to let her into yours.
