One room with private restroom on the 1st floor

I have a room and private restroom available for rent. The bedroom is empty so you can bring your own furniture.
I live here with my boyfriend and 6 month old baby.
My boyfriend isnt here on the weekends. My baby does go to daycare during the day just in case you work from home.
There is a laundry mat on property and a nice pool. Its a new property.
We are very quiet and wont be a bother. My baby is a very good baby so you wont have to worry about not getting any sleep. He sleeps through the night. Plus the room that I am renting out is on the other side of the apartment. Its a 3 bedroom apartment. There is always parking close to our apartment so that's no problem. I live on the 1st floor. I am a respectful person and I hope to get that in return. I will give you your privacy, I will not go into your room, you can put a lock on it, if that is what you want. I hope to meet my next roommate soon!
