Just bought a house in Cibolo, Texas. Few miles off IH 35 and I-10 and 1604 just outside SA city limits. Large subdivision. Swimming pool, 24/7 gym, basketball court. House is new construction and is 5BR/3.5B 2-Story. Fenced yard. Room will be available after the 20th. I have one other roommate who is 25 and is prior military and a videographer. Game room upstairs. Looking for quiet, responsible adult male who is clean and has full time steady job or a student that can take care of rent and be on time. Home is in an HOA and must follow rules regarding upkeep and noise. I am a prior LE who left for private sector and work from home in sales. Utilities included. Room may not be available for long as one person is already interested, but not committed to it yet.
