Looking for someone to take my place on a current lease until October when you can decide to move out or continue the lease. Process is pretty simple, just need to put in your application to the property manager and they will run their checks. There are two other roommates here already and we have been splitting everything evenly three ways. Total rent is 1800 a month so each of us pay about 600. Utilities and internet are not included in that. On average it ends up being about 800 or 900 a month for each of us. House is very large and has nice backyard and patio as well as a two car garage.
