New House Rooms for Rent

Both rooms are approximately this size, and furnished like so

I have two rooms in my place I’m looking to rent out. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with only one neighbor (lots of parking), and adjacent to the half mile neighborhood walking track. The rooms are furnished with Twin XL beds, a small desk, and a small chest of drawers. Both rooms have an average sized closet. The garage is available for use as temporary storage or for working on vehicles (I park outside). While both rooms share a bathroom, I am open to only renting a single room out for an increased rate.

Within 10-15 minutes drive of basically any major store, Tanger Outlets is about 5-10 minutes, baybrook mall is 15ish. I also get access to the Texas City Dike, If you’re into fishing.

I work in aerospace, so I’ve traditionally rented these rooms out to interns at surrounding aerospace companies or other students; I am open to anyone! I try to keep my spaces as clean and tidy as possible, so as long as you’re a clean person we’ll get along. I also generally keep to myself, and don’t really do crazy large gatherings, so if you’re looking for a quiet spot, this is it.

If you ride (motorcycles/mopeds), have a bike, or need more permanent garage space, I primarily use the garage for my bikes and working on my vehicles, so any permanent storage may incur a very minor increase in rent (case-by-case, tools and small things likely wont).
