Chill room in a chill neighborhood

Hello my name is Cris. Im 28 years old and have my own business in real estate. I live in the US and Peru through out the year. I live in this house on my own and I grew up here. On my free time Im usually out doing something active, social or business related so I'm rarely home. I speak spanish as well. I keep to myself most times but I can be social. I keep the house very clean when I live there. Always willing to answer questions!

It is a 2 story family style home. If you have your own furnishings then I can remove the ones I currently have. This room has a queen bed, dresser, night stand and desk. I work from home as well. It is a calm, family friendly neighborhood with an elementary school in walking distance. Theres a neighborhood pool, a lake to walk to and a park. I keep the house very clean so we would like someone that is tidy and clean. My last two tenants can vouch for the rooms and myself. Hablo español tambien
