I am an artist/craftsman (lots of artwork displayed in house) that spends most of the time in my garage studio that I do my work in. Quiet no drama environment.

There are 2 18-hole golf courses (public) and tennis center in the neighborhood. Local area has five parks, bike paths and mature trees. 5-minute access to grocery stores, shopping, gyms, YMCA, restaurants and bars. It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
