Available Furnished room w/ shared bath

Fully Furnished Room with shared bath. I will maintain cleanliness of the bathroom. We are a family of three and we do have an extra room for rent. We live in Stafford/Sugar land, easy access to 59, Hwy 90, cross road of Brand Ln & Ludwig. It is a fairly new sub-division and is very safe. It is about 3 miles to West Belfort Park & Ride. There are buses that goes into Downtown (265) & Medical Center (292). I personally work downtown and use the Park & Ride service. It is very convenient as the frequency of the bus is every 5 minutes or less. It is about 13 miles to the Medical Center/Museum District (via Hwy 90) or the Galleria. It is also close to Sugar Land Town Center/groceries/gyms. There is internet access in the house. You are welcome to use the kitchen. You will have your own room fully furnished with a bed, night stand, TV, a table & chair. The room also has a walk-in closet and the shared bathroom is just outside the bedroom. We also have washer and dryer in the house for you to do laundry. The monthly rate includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
