Three unfurnished private bedrooms are available from December 1, 2026 in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house in Fulshear (77441), built in 2023 with approximately 2,915 sq ft.

ROOM OPTIONS
- Downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom: $1,050/month.
- Two upstairs bedrooms sharing one bathroom: $825/month per room.

The listed rents include electricity, water and internet and are based on one occupant per room. Single occupancy is preferred. Additional occupants may be considered by prior agreement, with rent discussed separately.

The kitchen, laundry and living areas are shared. My girlfriend and I live in the primary bedroom and will continue living in the house. This is a shared home, not a separate apartment or a whole-house rental. The property owner has agreed to subletting.

TERMS
- Minimum lease: 6 months.
- Security deposit: one month of the agreed rent ($1,050 or $825 for single occupancy).
- Bedrooms are unfurnished.
- No smoking. No pets.
