Unfurnished room for rent - $950

I am looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful roommate. My neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe, and in a nice suburban corner away from hustle and bustle of nearby towns. With that, it is still a 20-25 min drive to Dallas.

All utilities included in $950 rent (water, electricity, internet). Washer, dryer, and fridge available for use.

My living area is still unfurnished (working on that), but kitchen and living room are shared spaces. You will have a shared full bath, but there are currently no other tenants here. Spacious backyard is also included.

Although I don't use it, the garage is available for parking if you want to park there. The driveway or street parking is also available.

I do have a dog (labrala), but she is sweet and holds my pocket for me everywhere. I prefer to not have any more pets in the home.

Our neighborhood offers a huge park, playgrounds, community pool, and a 1.5ish mile walking trail in the back. The neighborhood is new, with my home being built in 2025.
