I will have a room available starting July 5th for $750/month.

The room comes furnished with:
• Bed
• TV and TV stand
• Side table
• Closet space

You will also have your own bathroom, aside from occasional guest use.

A little about the home: I take pride in keeping a clean and organized living space. I'm looking for someone who will clean up after themselves, wash their dishes, keep common areas tidy, and dispose of trash properly.

I also have an 8-month-old baby, so I'm looking for someone who is respectful, patient, and comfortable living in a family-oriented home. While I am not looking for a babysitter, I would appreciate a roommate who is friendly, considerate, and willing to lend a hand from time to time if needed.

Requirements:
• Supply your own food and toiletries
• No smoking cigarettes inside the home
• If you smoke outside on the patio, please pick up and properly dispose of cigarette butts
• No additional pets, as I already have 4 cats
