Hello all I am looking to rent out my guest room to someone whos in need of a room, looking to rent for $200 a month to someone whos cleanly, helpful and fun. I have 4 cats, and a 6mo old baby. I am married and looking for a female preffered, but dont mind either Tender. My husband is in the army and currently in training. My only requirement is cleanliness and picking up after yourself. No leases, no ties.
