Address is a house, spare room available in home. Walk in closet. Already has 2 dressers, side table, lamp, mattress, boxspring and bed stand stand. House is fully furnished. Office will be available for printing with owners permission. Workout room available with respect to equipment. Equipment available to use is treadmill, stationary bike, boxing bag and dumbell. Parking available, rent will include utilities and internet. I have 2 dogs, be respectful of that situation. I will meet with individuals and tour the house. Available to start renting 4/1/2026, tours and meetings will be held. Upon agreement of the room, contract is provided for your records.
