Single Parent Professional with 2 Boxers

I am single professional with a 11 year old son and 2 Boxers. I have 2 rooms one is 13x14 room the other is 12x12 with a 40" TVs mounted on the wall. They have a queen bed, dresser, and nightstand. The rooms also have a Roku and the Internet is provided and all utilities are included. I have two refrigerators and two freezers so there is plenty of room for food. I am OCD so if you cook with it you need to clean it and put it away. Washer and Dryer access is also provided. You will need to buy your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets. I have a bathroom which can be dedicated to the room versus shared depending on agreed upon rental amounts. I have a large backyard with grass. The house has refrigerated air and is generally kept cooler than most places in El Paso. It is a 15-20 minute ride to UTEP / Downtown. We are 6-7 minutes from West Town shopping center, restaurants, and Planet Fitness.

I am looking for a professional or Student who needs a room. I would prefer someone wanting a 3-6 month lease at a time but will entertain reasonable requests or longer leases. I do not mind guests but I am not into a flow of random people through my house. If this applies pass by this listing.

I do not do smokers of any kind. That includes 420 and other recreational drugs. I work in law enforcement so drugs of any kind are a deal-breaker for me.

Tenant must have proper hygiene. I hate this needs put in but if you don't bathe / shower daily this likely is not a room you should rent and it will not work out. Thanks for understanding my position.
