The house is shared with two roommates: I live in the house and work from home, while the other roommate is my cousin. You’ll find us approachable and easygoing.

I’m seeking a respectful and clean tenant who values organization and keeps shared living spaces tidy. No pets and no smoking are allowed. The kitchen is shared, and I kindly ask for cooperation during quiet hours after 10 PM.
