Rent is for a high-rise premium apartment at the top floor and includes ALL utilities, amenities fee and garage parking. Apartment is nearly 1,400 sq ft. Use of kitchen and full washer/dryer is included. Gym, rooftop pool, and lounges are on 6th floor. Business center is on 2nd floor. Must be ok with pets. My roommate is moving out and the spare bedroom, bath and walk-in closet are available for rent. Bedroom is generously sized with a glass balcony and can fit a queen bed with a work desk if you work from home. Views are incredible from the 14th floor, with resident elevators nearby. There’s a hallway and luxury, spa-sized bathroom with glass shower doors, double vanity sink, and LOTS of storage space. Vanity mirrors also have built in LED lights. Closet is quite large as well. Rent includes ultra high speed WiFi, and all amenities (gas, electric, heat, garbage, private resident parking garage, and community amenities). You will receive a resident parking access card and key fob. This building has 24/7 concierge, security, and 24/7 access to mailroom. We also have a rooftop pool and resident lounge area.

I do have pets in the home, and currently do not accept roommates with pets due to my GSD.

Rent is due by the 1st of each month. Failure to pay rent will result in an eviction with a 30-day notice. Rental length will be 10 months (remainder of my lease). I am considering roommates that prefer NOT to be on the lease due to credit history but background check will still be required.
