2 CUTE Bedrooms Available Near Denton

Hi! I'm looking for 1-2 possible female roommates for my student daughter in our 4 bedroom house in Shady Shores/ Corinth. Preferably college aged that go to nctc, unt, twu etc. She is a very respectful straight A student, plays golf & has a consistent respectful boyfriend (that does not live with her) I (mom) will be traveling 100% of the time for the next year so we have 2 bedrooms available to rent out.

Rent is $700/month for one bedroom or $900 for the bigger one + $50 application + $200 deposit due at move in. Rent includes fully furnished bedroom & access/ use of 2 available full bathrooms, electricity, water, internet, curbside trash service, lawn service & trash. Access to use full washer/ dryer, and hot tub.

The house sits on 1/2 acre right down the street from lake Lewisville, behind shady shores elementary, with a beautiful string lit backyard with inflatable hot tub, 2 relaxing hammocks to do homework in and plenty of parking available. We have 2 sweet cats, 2 sweet older (15&16years old) Maltese & shitzu mix dogs & her Cocker Spaniel is around 5-6. They are very very sweet animals, but would prefer someone with no additional pets, if possible. Again, they are very sweet and are not aggressive in any manner.
