Private furnished bedroom for rent in a warm, family home. I’m a single mom with a respectful high‑school daughter; we have a friendly dog and cat. We’re looking for a quiet, tidy female tenant who is considerate of shared spaces and comfortable around pets. You would have your own bathroom as well as a private living room (movie room). You would also have access to our neighborhood amenities (pool and workout room).
