About Me & The Home
I am a hybrid worker and early bird who keeps a steady routine during the workweek. In my free time, I love working out, cooking, and hosting regular game nights for the local DFW LGBTQ+ community. I am looking for a roommate who communicates well, respects quiet weeknights, and enjoys hanging out or sharing a meal from time to time.

The Space & Location
Located on the edge of Lewisville next to Coppell with quick access to both I-35 and 121. The apartment sits in a great community with excellent amenities. Your room is spacious, features a walk-in closet, and comes furnished with a full-size bed (we can easily clear it out if you bring your own furniture). The bathroom is centrally located in the unit and doubles as the guest bathroom during social gatherings.

- Couples are welcome, but please note that rent and utilities will be split three ways instead of two.
- The extra shelving and crib shown in photos will be cleared out before move-in.
