Furnished private attic room in my townhouse / condo. Includes private bathroom (on the 2nd floor) and walk-in closet. Queen bed, futon, TV, and desk. Use of kitchen / dining area, washer & dryer. Community pool.

Month-to-month. Internet, cable, electricity, water included.

Female renter preferred for this room because the bathroom entrance is through my bedroom. It's your private bathroom though.

Cat owner preferred. I have one cat and need a tenant who is very comfortable with cats and can occasionally cat sit.

You must have regular employment or be a college student. Criminal background check. No hermits please.

I commute to Dallas and work from home on Saturday. Usually willing to chat.

No smoking of any kind.
No frequent heavy cooking and pungent lingering cooking odors.
Parking is on the street.

Far north Lewisville between I-35 and the lake. Good location to commute to Denton, Carrollton, Flower Mound, or The Colony.
